Job Description

 

Prosper Health is seeking a Clinical Talent Interviewer to support the recruitment of therapists who will deliver specialized mental health services for autistic and neurodivergent adults. This contract role focuses on conducting structured first-round screening interviews and documenting candidate responses within the organization’s applicant tracking system. The interviewer will represent the company professionally while helping maintain an efficient and consistent hiring process for clinical staff.


Responsibilities:
- Conduct approximately 25 to 30 structured first-round screening interviews per week with therapist candidates.
- Introduce candidates to Prosper Health’s mission, services, and the clients supported by the organization.
- Ask standardized clinical experience questions and document candidate responses accurately.
- Complete interview scorecards and evaluation notes within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
- Send follow-up communications and coordinate scheduling logistics with candidates.
- Participate in internal check-ins and maintain organized records related to interview processes.


Requirements:
- Experience conducting structured interviews or screening calls in healthcare, mental health, or clinical environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a comfortable interview experience.
- Ability to follow structured interview frameworks while maintaining natural conversation flow.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate note-taking and documentation skills.
- Comfort using Zoom and managing scheduling independently.
- Reliable time management and ability to maintain consistent interview availability.
