INFUSE is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Internal Systems to lead the strategy and implementation of internal tools and operational platforms that support the company’s continued growth. This role focuses on building scalable internal solutions that streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The product manager will work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to transform operational requirements into effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision for internal systems that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Translate strategic business objectives into structured product roadmaps and development plans.
- Lead the full product lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, development, and implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality internal tools.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout product development.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in a technology-driven company.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering internal platforms or operational tools.
- Strong understanding of modern product management practices and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
