Senior Manager, Payment Integrity- Provider Experience & Enablement

The position focuses on managing escalated provider issues, developing provider education resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams to improve program adoption and provider relationships.

Centene is seeking a Senior Manager, Payment Integrity – Provider Experience & Enablement to lead initiatives that strengthen provider engagement and improve operational alignment across payment integrity programs. This role focuses on managing complex provider issues, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that payment integrity initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively implemented. The senior manager will work closely with network teams, health plans, and operational partners to improve program transparency, support provider understanding, and enhance overall provider relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight for escalated provider issue management across payment integrity initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between payment integrity teams, provider networks, and health plans to align program objectives.
- Develop provider-facing training materials, communications, and education resources supporting program adoption.
- Analyze provider feedback, escalation trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve complex provider concerns and ensure consistent messaging.
- Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership highlighting provider experience trends and operational impacts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in payment integrity, health plan operations, provider network management, or related roles.
- At least 4 years of leadership experience managing teams or direct reports.
- Experience managing escalated provider issues and collaborating with network and health plan teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational data and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
