INFUSE is seeking a Client Success Representative to support client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of services across a variety of industries. This contract-based remote role focuses on building long-term partnerships with clients while supporting internal teams in delivering marketing and operational solutions. The representative will play an important role in maintaining client satisfaction, coordinating communication, and assisting with administrative and operational activities that support the organization’s client success initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to support expansion.
- Assist with resolving client requests, concerns, or escalations in a timely manner.
- Support administrative and operational activities such as data entry, schedule coordination, and system updates.
