Evergreen Nephrology is seeking a Senior Analyst, Reporting & Analytics to support data-driven decision-making across its healthcare operations. This role focuses on transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that improve operational performance and patient outcomes. Working closely with analytics, technology, and operational teams, the analyst will design reporting tools, build dashboards, and help stakeholders understand key performance metrics within a value-based kidney care model.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Validate data accuracy and quality within reporting and analytics outputs.
- Work with data engineering and analytics teams to transform raw data into meaningful metrics.
- Develop dashboards and operational reports using visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Train internal stakeholders on the use of dashboards and reporting tools.
- Monitor reporting systems and identify issues related to data quality, logic, or processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting or healthcare analytics environments.
- Experience building dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, transform, and analyze complex datasets.
- Experience working with data models or collaborating with data engineering teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
