- Manage full lifecycle regulatory processes, from entity formation to approval.
- Draft and maintain policies, procedures, compliance manuals, and governance documentation.

- Coordinate with regulators, internal teams, and external counsel to ensure timely approvals.
- Oversee ongoing license maintenance, renewals, notifications, and ownership changes.

Requirements:
- 7–12+ years of international licensing and regulatory affairs experience in financial services or fintech.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-jurisdiction licensing projects and regulator interactions.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory authorities and cross-border frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder and regulator relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-stakes licensing processes with minimal oversight.
- Strong drafting, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Benefits: (optional)
- Competitive salary and stock options.
