Make is seeking a Business Analyst to support the development of large-scale software products using AI-driven workflows. In this role, you will translate product strategy and client needs into structured requirements that guide engineering teams and accelerate product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Translate product vision and business goals into structured technical requirements.
- Create detailed documentation including PRDs, epics, features, and engineering-ready tasks.
- Contribute requirements documentation across multiple concurrent software projects.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, delivery managers, and engineering teams.
- Use AI tools such as Cursor or similar platforms to accelerate documentation workflows.
- Break down complex product ideas into clear and actionable development tasks.
- Interpret API documentation and system integration requirements.
- Clarify ambiguous product direction and identify missing information before implementation.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Project Manager.
- Strong experience writing product requirements documentation.
- Ability to structure complex product ideas into organized implementation plans.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to understand API documentation and system integrations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical or engineering background.
- Experience working as a Project Manager within software development teams.
- Experience participating in product discovery and client-facing requirements gathering.
