Transcarent is seeking a Care Advocate Outbound I to support member engagement and outreach initiatives. In this role, you will connect with members through outbound communication, educate them on available healthcare services, and help guide them to the appropriate care programs.
Responsibilities:
- Make at least 100 outbound calls daily to engage members and introduce Transcarent services.
- Educate members on healthcare programs and benefits available through the Transcarent platform.
- Gather relevant information from members and route them to the appropriate care team.
- Provide high-quality member support and build trust through clear and empathetic communication.
- Manage daily tasks that include both outbound and inbound member interactions.
- Meet defined team and individual performance targets.
- Support general engagement cases and member inquiries.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with measurable targets.
- Strong personal accountability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
