Director, Project Management Office

This role focuses on building and leading the organization’s Project Management Office, strengthening project governance, and improving delivery outcomes across ERP and SaaS consulting engagements.

Strata Information Group is seeking a Director of Project Management Office to lead and mature the organization’s PMO within its ERP and SaaS consulting division. In this role, you will establish governance frameworks, project management standards, and operational processes that support consistent delivery across complex consulting engagements. You will collaborate with executive leadership, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to ensure predictable project outcomes and strengthen project leadership capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and mature PMO governance structures, methodologies, and delivery standards.
- Lead and mentor project managers and engagement managers across multiple consulting projects.
- Implement project planning, risk management, change control, and financial tracking processes.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor project portfolio performance.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or at-risk consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align project delivery with organizational goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 9 years of project management leadership experience in consulting or technology services.
- Proven experience building or scaling a Project Management Office.
- Strong experience managing ERP or SaaS implementation projects.
- Ability to manage large project portfolios and lead project management teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
