Spring Health is seeking a Provider Success Associate to support mental health professionals using its digital care platform. In this role, you will provide technical and operational assistance to providers while ensuring a smooth and effective experience using the company’s systems. You will respond to provider inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve service challenges. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for providers using the internal EHR system and related SaaS tools.
- Respond to provider inquiries regarding platform usage, payments, and operational policies.
- Document and escalate recurring technical issues or product feedback to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development of help center documentation and internal knowledge resources.
- Support training initiatives and special projects related to provider operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or operations role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to users.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Zoom, or Salesforce is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
