Job Description

 

Beyond Finance is seeking a Bilingual Client Retention Specialist to support customers enrolled in financial hardship programs designed to help them become debt-free. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients who may be experiencing financial stress or uncertainty about their program. You will provide guidance, address concerns, and help clients understand the benefits of remaining enrolled in the program. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex financial discussions with professionalism.


Responsibilities:
- Educate clients about the financial hardship debt program and available support options.
- Handle inbound calls from clients seeking guidance or assistance with their program.
- Deescalate difficult situations by demonstrating empathy and active listening.
- Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable program solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
- Achieve retention targets while delivering high-quality customer service.


Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience in retention, sales, collections, or customer service roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
