Director, Construction & Project Management

This role focuses on leading regional construction and project management teams responsible for deploying and expanding fiber network infrastructure while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Blue Stream Fiber is seeking a Director of Construction & Project Management to lead regional network infrastructure deployment and oversee large-scale fiber construction projects. In this role, you will guide both project management and construction teams responsible for delivering telecommunications infrastructure across multiple regions. You will ensure that projects meet operational, financial, and quality standards while supporting the company’s long-term strategy to expand reliable fiber services.

Responsibilities:
- Lead construction and project management teams responsible for fiber network deployment.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Develop network deployment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure cost control.
- Coordinate with engineering, utilities, municipalities, and vendors throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Establish operational standards, KPIs, and processes that support efficient network deployment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- At least 10 years of experience managing construction or project management teams.
- Strong understanding of fiber network deployment and telecom infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
