GR8 Tech is seeking a Middle Client Delivery Manager to oversee the technical onboarding and integration process for new clients using its iGaming platform. In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of onboarding projects, ensuring smooth implementation of integrations and a seamless transition to ongoing operational support. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery timelines, technical requirements, and business objectives are aligned.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technical onboarding and integration projects from kickoff to business-as-usual handover.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and account management.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for clients during onboarding projects.
- Identify delivery risks, resolve operational challenges, and maintain project timelines.
- Develop and improve scalable onboarding processes, workflows, and delivery KPIs.
- Lead and mentor delivery team members while managing multiple client onboarding projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of IT delivery management experience in a client-facing environment.
- Strong background in B2B technology delivery and project execution.
- Experience managing technical integrations, APIs, or complex onboarding processes.
- Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile or Scrum development practices.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Fluent English communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
