Partnerships Manager

SafetyWing is an insurtech company building a global social safety net for remote workers and digital nomads. Its flagship product, Nomad Insurance, provides international health and travel coverage for people working across borders. This role focuses on growing and managing the company’s ambassador and influencer partnerships, developing relationships with content creators, and scaling the affiliate-driven growth strategy that supports global product adoption.

SafetyWing is seeking a Partnerships Manager to help expand and manage its ambassador program for Nomad Insurance Complete. In this role, you will identify and build relationships with influencers, affiliates, and content creators who can promote SafetyWing’s products to global audiences. You will support ambassadors throughout onboarding and campaign execution while monitoring program performance and identifying opportunities to scale partnership-driven growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new ambassadors and partners aligned with the Nomad Insurance Complete program.
- Conduct outreach and build long-term relationships with influencers and affiliate partners.
- Lead calls to pitch partnership opportunities and negotiate sponsorship agreements.
- Support ambassadors during onboarding and early campaign activation.
- Manage partnership campaigns including timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Analyze outreach and campaign performance to optimize partnership strategies.

Requirements:
- Experience working in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing.
- Understanding of ambassador programs, content creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with blogging, SEO, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools is beneficial.
