eClinical Solutions is seeking a Senior Portfolio Lead to oversee data management strategy and service delivery for clinical development programs. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and high-quality data management across multiple clinical studies. You will collaborate with project teams, clinical stakeholders, and data specialists to optimize data flows, improve processes, and support digital clinical trial initiatives using advanced data platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight for clinical data management services across assigned customer programs.
- Advise clients on data management strategies, data standards, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure high-quality data deliverables are delivered on schedule.
- Monitor program progress and communicate status updates, risks, and trends to stakeholders.
- Conduct peer reviews of data management documents and deliverables to ensure quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve clinical data workflows and systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, with a master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the life sciences industry supporting clinical development.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory frameworks such as ICH/GCP.
- Experience managing complex client relationships and multiple clinical data management services.
- Strong project management skills including scope, resource, and budget management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
