Senior FP&A Manager

Yellow Card is a fintech infrastructure company providing stablecoin-based financial services across more than 20 African countries. The company enables businesses to manage international payments, treasury operations, and access hard currency liquidity through digital assets such as USDC and USDT. This role focuses on leading financial planning and analysis activities, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while partnering with leadership to guide financial strategy.

Yellow Card is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to strengthen its financial planning and analysis capabilities within a fast-growing fintech organization. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring across the company’s operations. You will develop analytical tools, build financial models, and deliver insights that guide strategic decision-making. The position requires strong financial expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with department leaders to manage budgets and analyze cost drivers.
- Develop financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting frameworks.
- Build dashboards and reports that track company performance and key financial metrics.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support board reporting and preparation of executive financial presentations.
- Evaluate business cases and financial viability of new initiatives.

Requirements:
- Professional finance qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or commercial finance.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience working in fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency environments is beneficial.
