Garner Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its engineering team and help build systems that transform how healthcare decisions are made. In this role, you will contribute to the development of large-scale platforms that analyze billions of medical records to evaluate healthcare providers and guide patients toward higher-quality care. Working within a cloud-based environment, you will design and maintain scalable software systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical decision-making and architecture within assigned engineering domains.
- Develop and maintain scalable software systems using modern cloud infrastructure.
- Build and optimize AI-enabled tools that support healthcare data analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams on feature development.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software engineering.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.
