Senior Program Manager

TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of a large-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program for a global client. In this role, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of the program while ensuring alignment with Global IT Security objectives. You will work with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and project managers to implement governance frameworks, drive agile transformation, and ensure program visibility through structured reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the Identity Governance and Administration program.
- Develop and manage a multi-year program roadmap aligned with organizational security objectives.
- Establish governance structures, reporting frameworks, and program management tools.
- Drive agile transformation by implementing sprint management and reporting using JIRA.
- Coordinate with leadership teams across HR, IT infrastructure, and security functions.
- Mentor project managers and oversee multiple workstreams within the program.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager in large or global organizations.
- Strong ability to communicate with senior leadership and navigate complex organizational environments.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks for enterprise technology initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
