TechBiz Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global recruitment initiatives for both IT and non-IT roles. In this position, you will identify and engage highly skilled professionals while working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful hiring outcomes. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates while maintaining strong relationships with professionals across international markets. The role requires strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities:
- Source and identify highly specialized candidates for global clients.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and coordinate with hiring teams during the hiring process.
- Utilize LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain professional networks to attract top talent.
- Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices in the industry.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and candidate sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Ability to conduct interviews through platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or Skype.
- Understanding of job requirements and candidate assessment processes.
- Proven networking skills and ability to maintain professional relationships.
