Job Description

 

TechBiz Global is seeking a Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships that support the growth of its Web3 blockchain payment solutions. In this role, you will establish relationships with referral partners, resellers, and organizations within the blockchain ecosystem while building new opportunities across the i-gaming, e-sports, and internet sectors. You will work closely with commercial leadership and internal teams to drive revenue through collaborative partnerships and expand market reach in emerging digital industries.


Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with referral and reseller organizations in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that support business growth and revenue targets.
- Develop a strong partnership-driven sales pipeline and collaborate with partners to secure joint opportunities.
- Expand market presence within i-gaming, e-sports, internet, and skill gaming industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management within Web3 or blockchain payment solutions.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through strategic referral or reseller partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems within i-gaming, e-sports, or related industries.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
