Job Description

 

TechBiz Global is seeking a motivated Account Executive (Sales Manager) to support the growth of its Web3 blockchain payment solutions across the i-gaming, e-sports, and internet industries. In this role, you will manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will work closely with the commercial leadership team while engaging with businesses in dynamic digital industries to help them implement blockchain-based payment solutions that enhance operational efficiency and growth.


Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects within i-gaming, e-sports, and skill gaming industries.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for blockchain payment solutions.
- Identify market trends and provide insights to support strategic planning and product improvements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and post-sales client satisfaction.


Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within relevant digital industries.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Web3 blockchain payment solutions.
- Strong ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline.
- Deep understanding of i-gaming, e-sports, and related digital markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
