ScholarshipOwl is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant & Operational Partner to support the CEO in managing daily operations and administrative processes. This role acts as a strategic operational partner who ensures the CEO’s time, communications, and priorities are effectively managed. You will coordinate schedules, streamline workflows, prepare meeting materials, and help maintain operational clarity across projects. The position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and triage the CEO’s inbox and Slack communications.
- Maintain and optimize a complex multi-time-zone executive calendar.
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and schedules.
- Prepare meeting briefs and convert meeting outcomes into actionable trackers.
- Manage administrative documentation, compliance paperwork, and approvals.
- Build operational trackers and summaries using Notion and Google Workspace.
Requirements:

- Proactive approach to solving operational challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural environment.
- Expertise in Google Workspace tools including Calendar, Drive, and Sheets.
