Associate Project Manager – Revenue Operations

This role focuses on managing financial operations across multiple AI data programs, overseeing revenue recognition, billing, payments, and financial reporting while collaborating with finance, delivery, and operations teams to maintain program financial health.

Welocalize is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Revenue Operations to manage the financial execution of multiple enterprise AI data programs. In this role, you will oversee key revenue operations including billing, invoicing, revenue recognition inputs, and vendor payment accuracy. Working closely with Finance, Delivery Project Managers, and Operations teams, you will ensure financial data is accurate, programs remain compliant, and enterprise projects operate efficiently. The position requires strong financial reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while managing multiple programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Manage revenue recognition inputs including validation of volume, rates, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare and validate billing and invoicing documentation for enterprise programs.
- Oversee payment accuracy for raters, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain program-level financial trackers covering revenue, costs, margins, and payments.
- Monitor purchase orders and track delivery against approved funding.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve financial discrepancies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, finance operations, RevOps, or delivery management.
- Experience working with billing, payments, or revenue tracking processes.
- Strong spreadsheet and financial tracking skills including forecasting and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills when working with finance and operational teams.
- Ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining strong attention to detail.
