TechBiz Global is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its global recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting highly skilled professionals for both IT and non-IT roles across international markets. You will collaborate with global clients, evaluate candidate qualifications, and ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions. This position requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven recruitment environment.

Responsibilities:
- Source and identify senior-level and specialized candidates for global clients.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills and qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing platforms to find qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong professional networks to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and candidate sourcing tools.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Ability to conduct interviews using platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or Skype.
- Solid understanding of job requirements and candidate evaluation processes.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks.
