TechBiz Global is looking for a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to support its global sales outreach efforts. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients across international markets including the UK and Singapore, with the potential to engage with clients in the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce TechBiz Global’s services, build initial relationships with potential clients, and schedule meetings for the sales team. This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy communication, relationship-building, and creating new business opportunities in a dynamic global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted lead lists.
- Introduce and present company services clearly and professionally.
- Schedule qualified online meetings between potential clients and Sales Representatives.
- Use CRM platforms and calling tools to manage outreach activities and track results.
- Adapt communication approaches to suit different international markets.
- Collect feedback from calls and share insights to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills with strong confidence in speaking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including alignment with USA time zones when required.
- Proactive and persuasive approach to engaging with potential clients.
- Comfort using calling tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
