TechBiz Global is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to support payroll operations for one of its client organizations. In this role, you will assist with payroll administration, maintain payroll records, and ensure accurate employee data management. You will collaborate with HR teams, legal departments, and payroll service providers to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing across different regions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing and support payroll run operations.
- Maintain payroll dashboards, salary databases, and employee records accurately.
- Conduct payroll checks for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with HR, legal teams, and payroll agents to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Track service level agreements and maintain records of monthly SLA invoices.
- Support payroll-related audits, inquiries, and employee questions.
Requirements:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of payroll processes and administrative procedures.
- Experience with multiple payroll systems or international payroll processes is an advantage.
