Yellow Card is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the company’s growing sales organization by managing operational processes, sales data, and internal systems. This role focuses on improving sales efficiency through accurate reporting, CRM management, and process optimization. The manager will collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and enable scalable sales performance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems
- Generate sales performance reports and analyze pipeline metrics for leadership
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement process enhancements
- Develop internal tools, standards, and guidelines to support sales team scalability
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales-related projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales operations, sales support, or customer service roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and office productivity software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
