Ebaka Games is seeking a Senior Account Manager / Head of Account Managers to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic B2B partners in the online gaming industry. The role focuses on developing long-term relationships with casino operators and aggregators while driving commercial growth through game launches, partnerships, and promotional initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the main commercial contact for partners while providing strategic insights to optimize engagement and revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key operator and aggregator accounts
- Drive revenue growth through upselling games, promotional tools, and platform features
- Lead commercial negotiations including revenue share agreements and renewals
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams
- Analyze account performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support game launches and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the gambling or iGaming industry
- Proven experience managing key operator accounts
- Strong understanding of iGaming business models and revenue structures
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as GGR, NGR, RTP, and player retention
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English with Russian language skills preferred
