The Data Onboarding Specialist - Entry Level supports data integration and management activities by working with stakeholders to organize, analyze, and transform data while assisting with ETL processes and maintaining data quality across internal systems.

ProgressBible is seeking a Data Onboarding Specialist to assist with data integration and management activities that support global Bible translation initiatives. This entry-level role focuses on working with stakeholders to understand data requirements, organize data sources, and assist in building structured data pipelines. The position offers opportunities to develop skills in data analysis, ETL processes, and data management while contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand data sources, requirements, and business needs
- Analyze and interpret data to prepare reports for internal teams and leadership
- Assist in designing and maintaining ETL and data integration processes
- Organize and transform data into structured and usable formats
- Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or corrupted datasets
- Support monthly data warehouse operations and assist with documentation of data processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data science, computer science, or related discipline
- Ability to learn programming languages such as Python and data tools like pandas
- Strong communication skills in technical environments
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools
- Interest in data analysis, data engineering, or data architecture
