Allies4Outcomes is seeking an Operations and Chief People Manager to support operational execution and human resources administration across the organization. Working closely with executive leadership, this role helps build scalable systems and processes that enable organizational growth while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and strong internal coordination. The position balances strategic oversight with hands-on implementation across operations and people management functions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operational logistics including equipment deployment and internal process tracking
- Maintain operational documentation and support development of internal workflows
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain personnel records
- Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee leave tracking
- Support recruitment logistics including job postings, interview coordination, and offer processing
- Ensure HR compliance with federal and state regulations and coordinate with external HR partners
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in operations, human resources, or a combined leadership role
- Experience working in a for-profit organization environment
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking capabilities
- Proficiency with HR platforms and data management tools
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for advanced degree or HR certification
