Job Description

 

Rivia Mind is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide psychotherapy services through a primarily telehealth-based care model. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care while supporting patients through individualized treatment plans and ongoing therapeutic engagement. Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in supervision, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.


Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions and behavioral health support to diverse patient populations
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with clinical standards
- Participate in supervision groups, clinical meetings, and educational sessions


Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Connecticut state licensure
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of psychotherapy practice experience
- Strong understanding of psychotherapy modalities and behavioral health treatment approaches
- Ability to provide therapy services in a telehealth environment
- Proficiency with digital platforms and electronic health record systems
