Senior Solutions Architect

Judi Health is an enterprise health technology company delivering advanced benefit administration and claims management solutions for employers, health plans, and TPAs through its Judi Enterprise Health Platform and Capital Rx PBM services. The Senior Solutions Architect supports enterprise sales by serving as a technical subject matter expert, translating complex healthcare benefit requirements into scalable platform configurations while guiding prospects through discovery, demonstrations, and solution design.

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to act as a technical subject matter expert supporting enterprise sales of the Judi Enterprise Health Platform. This role works closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to assess prospective client requirements and demonstrate how the platform supports complex benefit administration and claims adjudication workflows. The position requires strong knowledge of healthcare technology systems and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in early-stage discovery discussions with prospective clients to evaluate platform suitability
- Deliver tailored technical demonstrations of the Judi platform for medical and pharmacy benefit administration
- Translate business and operational requirements into feasible platform configurations
- Identify implementation constraints and non-standard client requirements during the sales cycle
- Support RFP responses, technical documentation, and solution design with the Sales team
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to clarify platform functionality in complex scenarios

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or Technical Account Manager
- Experience supporting enterprise clients in healthcare technology, benefit administration, or claims adjudication environments
- Working knowledge of medical or pharmacy claims workflows including benefit design, accumulators, coordination of benefits, and utilization management
- Ability to translate complex operational requirements into technical system configurations
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple prospect engagements with strong organizational discipline
