Medical Informatics Engineering (MIE) is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide technical support and customer guidance for its Enterprise Health electronic medical record (EMR) platform. This role focuses on assisting healthcare clients with application troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and system configuration. The specialist will act as the central point of contact for customers while collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality product support and successful client adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Provide application support to Enterprise Health customers across all product lines
- Consult with customers on EMR optimization and workflow improvements
- Configure system settings to enhance operational efficiency for client organizations
- Deliver product training and onboarding support for client users
- Escalate technical issues or product bugs to appropriate internal teams
- Assist deployment teams with customer onboarding and implementation tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer support or technical support to commercial clients
- Experience troubleshooting business applications or enterprise software systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information clearly during training or client discussions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and browser-based applications
