EDO is seeking a Technical Account Management Analyst to support its Technical Account Management team in delivering data-driven insights for advertisers and media organizations. This role focuses on managing first-party data operations, supporting client integrations, and ensuring accurate data flow into EDO’s measurement systems. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to maintain data quality, support onboarding processes, and contribute to analytical workflows that help clients measure advertising performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for client first-party data integrations and data workflows
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate data collection and processing
- Perform internal data checks and queries using SQL and other internal tools
- Use Jira to assign tasks and track progress across internal teams
- Support onboarding of new clients by assisting with tagging and pixel implementation
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and product teams to support data analysis initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in data operations, analytics, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL and strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with digital media, advertising technologies, or campaign tagging
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders
