Head of FP&A

The Head of FP&A leads financial planning and analysis strategy, partners with executive leadership, and develops financial models, forecasts, and performance reporting frameworks that guide business growth and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Xapo Bank is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead strategic financial planning and provide executive-level insights that support long-term business growth. This role partners closely with the CFO and executive leadership team to translate corporate strategy into financial roadmaps, forecasts, and data-driven decisions. The Head of FP&A will drive financial performance analysis, budgeting processes, and strategic planning initiatives across a global remote organization.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategy
- Lead financial planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term scenario modeling
- Design executive reporting frameworks linking financial performance to key strategic metrics
- Manage operational expenditure planning and optimize resource allocation across departments
- Build and maintain financial models supporting strategic initiatives and product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that guide decision-making

Requirements:
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- At least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in finance roles
- Strong experience working in fintech, crypto, or modern financial services organizations
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Experience with financial planning systems such as Anaplan or similar platforms
- Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to executive and non-financial stakeholders
