The Director of Revenue Marketing leads the design and optimization of the company’s full-funnel revenue engine, aligning marketing and sales efforts to generate measurable pipeline growth, optimize lifecycle performance, and drive enterprise-level revenue impact.

Job Description

 

Medical Informatics Engineering (MIE) is seeking a Director of Revenue Marketing to architect and lead the company’s full-funnel revenue engine. This leadership role focuses on building scalable marketing systems that generate enterprise pipeline growth and measurable revenue outcomes. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and sales leadership, the Director will redesign the marketing-to-revenue lifecycle, implement account-based programs, and ensure marketing contributes directly to pipeline performance and enterprise sales acceleration.


Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the organization’s full-funnel revenue marketing architecture
- Define and operationalize Qualified Account frameworks and scoring models
- Build and scale account-based marketing programs and signal-driven outbound strategies
- Optimize lifecycle stages, funnel conversions, and sales cycle efficiency
- Manage HubSpot architecture, marketing automation workflows, attribution models, and reporting systems
- Partner with sales leadership to align pipeline accountability and strengthen revenue operations


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B revenue marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise B2B sales cycles
- Experience implementing and scaling account-based marketing programs
- Strong expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Proven ability to manage pipeline metrics, revenue KPIs, and executive-level reporting
