The Senior Client Technical Support Engineer provides technical assistance to clients, troubleshoots API and platform issues, collaborates with engineering teams, and ensures reliable performance for high-traffic financial applications.

Job Description

 

Array is seeking a Senior Client Technical Support Engineer to join its client services team and support customers using its financial technology platform. This role focuses on providing technical guidance, troubleshooting platform integrations, and ensuring smooth operation of products used by digital brands and financial institutions. The engineer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve client issues while maintaining strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced fintech environment.


Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to Array clients using the platform’s APIs and tools
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues by reviewing API logs and replicating client workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
- Create and maintain support documentation for internal teams and external clients
- Assist clients with integration challenges related to web and mobile applications
- Participate in on-call rotations and ensure service reliability for high-traffic platforms


Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support in a remote environment
- Experience working with REST APIs and troubleshooting API integrations
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and debugging
- Familiarity with JavaScript or front-end web and application development
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously with a strong client-focused mindset
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
