Growe is seeking a VIP CRM Manager to oversee customer relationship management strategies for high-value players across its casino and sports platforms. This role focuses on developing data-driven marketing campaigns that increase player engagement, retention, and revenue. The successful candidate will analyze player behavior, optimize CRM campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly targeted promotional initiatives that align with customer interests and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic CRM calendars tailored for casino and sports customers
- Analyze campaign performance weekly and evaluate profitability and engagement metrics
- Segment player audiences based on behavioral data and create targeted offers
- Plan and execute campaigns for upselling, retention, and reactivation
- Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to deliver engaging promotions
- Manage communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging channels
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and player data
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and performance tracking systems
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience managing VIP player segments and retention strategies
- Ability to conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization based on performance data
