Growe is seeking a VIP Customer Support Representative to deliver personalized service and dedicated support to high-value customers across multiple company brands. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with VIP clients while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, retention, and timely issue resolution. The representative will communicate with clients across various channels and adapt service approaches based on the standards and requirements of each brand within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, high-quality customer support to VIP clients across multiple brands
- Analyze chats, emails, and calls processed by VIP Customer Support Agents and VIP Account Managers
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned high-value customers
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and escalations efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to encourage satisfaction and retention
- Maintain knowledge of brand products, services, and promotional offerings
Requirements:
- At least 0.5 years of experience in customer support, preferably within iGaming or VIP support environments
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Spanish proficiency at an Advanced level or higher
- Brazilian Portuguese proficiency at an Advanced level or higher
- Understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
