Program Manager

The Program Manager role supports the Product organization by coordinating cross-functional delivery, facilitating Agile processes, managing product initiatives, and ensuring roadmap alignment across technical teams to drive successful product development and strategic outcomes.

Arkatechture is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support its growing Product organization, overseeing initiatives across Content and Platform verticals. This role collaborates closely with Product leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and platform capabilities aligned with the company’s long-term product roadmap. The Program Manager ensures initiatives progress efficiently by coordinating Agile processes, aligning teams, and maintaining visibility into project milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives across cross-functional teams
- Coordinate sprint planning and backlog refinement to ensure work aligns with roadmap priorities
- Monitor program milestones, delivery increments, and timelines across product initiatives
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers while communicating them clearly to stakeholders
- Maintain reporting dashboards and executive summaries outlining delivery progress and performance metrics
- Translate product roadmap goals into structured delivery plans aligned with staffing capacity

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Program Management, Agile Delivery, or Technical Delivery roles
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery approaches
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Product leadership to support roadmap planning and prioritization
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
