GnosisDAO is seeking a Head of Content to lead global content strategy and storytelling across its expanding Web3 ecosystem. This role focuses on shaping the narrative around Gnosis products and infrastructure while supporting the organization’s move toward broader retail adoption. The Head of Content will translate complex blockchain technology into accessible messaging that resonates with both Web3-native and mainstream audiences, while building brand awareness and accelerating product adoption.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global content strategy aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives
- Define the overarching brand narrative and messaging that positions Gnosis within the Web3 ecosystem
- Lead ecosystem co-marketing initiatives and content collaborations with Web3 partners
- Manage and maintain a global editorial calendar covering blogs, educational content, social media, and long-form articles
- Establish brand voice and content guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels
- Measure content performance using analytics frameworks and optimize campaigns through SEO and data-driven insights

Requirements:
- Proven experience leading content strategy and partner marketing in crypto, Web3, or fintech organizations
- Strong expertise in content marketing, SEO strategy, and digital growth initiatives
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized ecosystems, and Web3 trends
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for broader audiences
- Experience managing content production workflows involving internal teams and external contributors
