AXS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities within the AXS Apex Platform. This role focuses on transforming operational and financial data into scalable reporting products that empower clients to analyze ticket sales, revenue performance, and event operations in real time. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, data platform, and UX teams to build intuitive analytics experiences while ensuring governance, data quality, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for enterprise reporting and analytics within the Apex platform
- Design reporting frameworks that deliver insights on ticket sales, revenue performance, and operational metrics
- Translate business and client needs into product requirements including APIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Partner with UX and analytics teams to create intuitive data visualizations and reporting interfaces
- Collaborate with data platform teams to implement scalable data models, governance controls, and access permissions
- Track product adoption, performance metrics, and reporting reliability to guide product improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in product management within agile development environments
- Experience building data-driven products or analytics platforms for enterprise or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with modern data infrastructure including Snowflake, Kafka, and ETL pipelines
- Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Understanding of data governance, role-based access control, and reporting system design
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders
