Solutions Architect

Typeface is seeking a Solutions Architect to design scalable architectures, prototype AI-powered applications, and integrate the platform across enterprise systems while enabling customers to implement advanced generative AI workflows.

Typeface is seeking a Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers design and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions using its generative marketing platform. This role blends solution architecture, full-stack engineering, and generative AI expertise to translate complex business requirements into technical implementations. The Solutions Architect will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal product groups to prototype applications, design system integrations, and deliver AI-driven workflows that support enterprise marketing operations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engagement managers and product teams to gather requirements and design AI-driven solutions
- Serve as a technical architect during the sales process by proposing workflows and scalable architectures
- Build proof-of-concept applications and rapidly prototype generative AI use cases
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems including CMS, DAM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Create custom AI agents and workflows tailored to specific enterprise use cases
- Document best practices, technical patterns, and reusable solution components for internal knowledge sharing

Requirements:
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise solution architectures
- Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar systems
- Hands-on experience with large language models such as GPT, Claude, Llama, or Gemini
- Familiarity with generative AI tools including diffusion models such as Stable Diffusion or DALL·E
- Ability to prototype quickly, iterate solutions, and manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
