The company is seeking an AI-fluent Product Marketing Manager to lead product launches, partner campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives. The role focuses on developer-focused storytelling, AI-driven marketing workflows, and scalable campaign systems that support Supabase’s rapidly growing global developer community.

Supabase is looking for an AI-fluent Product Marketing Manager to lead product launches, partner marketing initiatives, and scalable go-to-market programs for its developer platform. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and engineering, helping shape how Supabase communicates with its global community of developers. The position blends strategic marketing with technical experimentation, including the use of AI tools and code utilities to automate research, optimize workflows, and scale campaign operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute product Launch Weeks and partner campaigns across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Manage the monthly newsletter by collecting product updates and launch information from internal teams
- Develop go-to-market playbooks and messaging frameworks aligned with product strategy
- Build scripts or utilities to track campaign performance, partner sentiment, and market trends
- Create technical content including launch assets, partner blog posts, and developer education materials
- Conduct market research to generate insights that inform marketing and product decisions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or developer marketing
- Proven experience executing product launches or large marketing campaigns at a startup
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and large language models for research and workflow automation
- Ability to write scripts or code utilities using languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to developers
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, cross-functional environment with global teams
