Tether is seeking a Senior Manager - Asset Management Reporting to lead portfolio-wide reporting and performance analytics within its global asset management function. This senior role ensures high-quality, consistent visibility into portfolio performance across a multi-billion, multi-asset investment portfolio. The position serves as a central coordination point between investment and finance teams, consolidating complex financial and operational data into structured, executive-level reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recurring portfolio performance reporting and preparation of board-level materials
- Design and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and standardized performance metrics
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of portfolio data across all reporting outputs
- Consolidate financial and operational inputs from investment teams into structured formats
- Provide variance analysis, performance commentary, and trend insights for senior leadership
- Support governance and committee processes through preparation of analytics and reporting materials
Requirements:
- 7–12+ years of experience in asset management, portfolio reporting, or performance analytics
- Proven experience producing board-level reporting and recurring performance dashboards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex datasets and reporting cycles
- High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with BI systems preferred
- Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution discipline
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and senior stakeholders
