TCN is seeking a part-time Contracts Associate to support contract management, negotiation, and compliance efforts in partnership with the National Director of Payer Engagement. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements with payers, vendors, and partners while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare regulatory requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with healthcare contracting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise contracts to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Support negotiations by preparing documentation and analyzing proposed terms
- Maintain centralized systems to track contract status, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Ensure timely execution, storage, and audit readiness of agreements
- Collaborate with compliance, credentialing, finance, and payer engagement teams
- Develop templates, guidance documents, and reporting resources to streamline contract processes
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree, certificate in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of contract language, negotiation principles, and contract management systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA privacy regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research, learn quickly, and manage contract-related inquiries effectively
