In this role, you will curate code examples, refine AI-generated solutions, and ensure outputs meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, and performance. This position requires hands-on software engineering experience and the ability to apply rigorous technical judgment in evaluating and improving AI-driven coding solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Curate and develop precise code examples to support AI model training
- Evaluate and correct AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure adherence to software design principles and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-assisted development workflows
- Apply debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques
- Implement testing standards and ensure code quality, accessibility, and security
Requirements:
- Professional experience building scalable, high-performance software applications
