Master - Kotlin Coding Specialist – AI Trainer

The Kotlin Coding Specialist will evaluate and correct AI-generated code, implement idiomatic Kotlin solutions, and apply modern Android development practices to real-world engineering scenarios in a contract, remote capacity.

We are seeking a Master - Kotlin Coding Specialist to support AI model training by producing clean, efficient, and idiomatic Kotlin code. In this contract role, you will work with real-world engineering scenarios such as bug reports and feature requests, generating high-quality code patches that reflect modern Android development standards. Your contributions will directly enhance large-scale language models designed to assist software developers.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and correct AI-generated Kotlin code for accuracy and efficiency
- Develop clean, maintainable Kotlin solutions aligned with modern Android best practices
- Implement features and bug fixes using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Coroutines
- Apply Android Jetpack libraries such as Room, WorkManager, Datastore, ViewModel, and Hilt
- Manage dependencies and build configurations using Gradle
- Document technical decisions and coding best practices clearly and concisely

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience building production-level Android applications in Kotlin
- Proficiency with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Android Jetpack libraries
- Experience with networking libraries such as OkHttp, Retrofit, and Coil
- Familiarity with build.gradle configuration and dependency management
- Ability to review, optimize, and refactor code for clarity and maintainability
- Clear written communication skills to explain technical reasoning
