Grip is seeking a Project Manager to oversee CGI-based content automation projects within its SaaS platform. Acting as the central point between clients and internal teams, this role ensures seamless project execution from onboarding through final delivery. The Project Manager will coordinate 3D artists, developers, and artwork specialists while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality photorealistic content on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple CGI projects from initiation to final delivery within standardized workflows
- Monitor project progress, track tasks, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and satisfaction
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient collaboration
- Lead project meetings and maintain alignment across teams on milestones and deliverables
- Prepare timelines, statements of work, and comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Manager, Asset Producer, or Traffic Manager in marketing, advertising, CG, gaming, or creative production
- Strong client-facing communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Excel and information management
- Understanding of design principles and creative production processes
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools preferred
