Strata Information Group (SIG) is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to provide strategic leadership and governance oversight for a university-wide Salesforce ecosystem supporting Student Success, Admissions, and Marketing. This contract role requires higher education experience and the ability to align product strategy with institutional priorities while ensuring scalable and sustainable platform growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the Salesforce ecosystem across Student Success, Admissions, and Marketing
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners to ensure accountability and delivery excellence
- Own and govern the enterprise product roadmap aligned with institutional goals
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and resolve competing stakeholder priorities
- Establish governance frameworks including intake, prioritization, release management, and performance tracking
- Champion organizational change management to drive successful adoption of enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of leadership experience with direct reports and executive collaboration
- Demonstrated experience in higher education environments and university operations
- Experience managing enterprise software platforms and complex implementations
- Expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Service Cloud
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
